The objective of this course is to Identify the role and responsibilities of Distributor Sales Representatives to enable learners to develop and maintain retailer relationships and resolve retailer queries, requests, and complaints. The course would provide skills and knowledge for individuals to be able to train the retailer’s sales person to handle customers, maximize sales and manage stocks, monitor and analyse sales data, and plan brand visibility and merchandising.
